Return and Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied or have a problem with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 7 days to report an order problem from the date you received it. The shipping cost to us will depend on these cases:
Wrong order made by us. (Shipping two ways bear by us)
Wrong order made by customer. (Shipping two ways bear by customer)
Obvious lens defect. (Shipping one way cost bear by us)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please check your lens condition from the bottom of the lens bottle. You will notice if your lens has an obvious lens defect. Any obvious defect with an open bottle will not be covered by warranty.
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the bank account. Please provide your bank account details via Candylicious Instagram official. Postage fee (RM7 west/RM14 east) & processing fee RM3 will be deducted from the total and the balance will be refunded to you. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of working days.

Your order will be processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days during normal time. (Please expect some delays during peak time and notice will be given on Instagram story @candylicious_official)
The delivery will take place within another 3-7 business days depending on the courier. Our courier service partners include Pos Malaysia and J&T. (Ninja Van for Singapore).
