1. How long can I use the lens?
All of our lenses are 3 months disposable. But we strongly suggest replacing it monthly for hygiene purposes.
2. How many hours in a day can I wear the lens?
The maximum hours recommended is 8 hours
3. Do I need to change the lens solution everyday?
Yes, you need to change the lens solution EACH time you wear it. And wash before and after wearing the lens
4. My lens power is not available, but I want the design 🥺
You can choose the power less than your original power. For example, if 175 is not available, you can choose 150. We don't recommend going higher as you may experience slight dizziness.
5. Can I change my order once it's submitted & paid?
Yes. As long as the order is NOT shipped yet. But your parcel will be delayed by 1 working days.

6. Can I change my lens once I receive it? I accidentally chose the wrong power / design 😔
Yes. But the shipping cost will be beared by the customer.
7. Can I request a refund? The lens I want are not available
Yes. It will take around 7 to 10 working days to process. We will also have to charge a processing fee RM3 for order paid by fpx/online transaction.
8. Why is my order on hold?
It may be because the lenses that you ordered are out of stock. We will contact for replacement
9. How long does it take to ship my order?
Order will be shipped from 1-3 working days. Please note we do not ship on public holidays
10. Do you ship everyday?
We ship from Monday to Friday NOT including public holidays. Same day orders needs to be placed before 10:00am
11. Can I COD / pickup?
Sorry but no. We do not offer any COD or pickup as of now
12. Can I request an urgent order?
Sorry but we process orders by queue only. We suggest to order a week before the day you're planning to use the lens
13. Where can I check my tracking number?
You will receive the tracking number through email or you can click the Order ID in your Account.
14. I did not receive my parcel for almost 3 days. What should I do?
Please contact the courier that handled your item first. If no response, please contact our instagram
15. I received damaged lens / parcel
We take full responsibility if the damage is from our side. We will replace the defect item with no additional cost. (7 days warranty upon receiving)
16. Are your lenses safe / registered with kkm?
Yes. All our lenses are registered with Ministry of Health Malaysia. You can check our registration number under Medical Devices
